Shoeb’s journey began in 2000 when he joined the Pride Group of Hotels as a Room Division Manager in Nagpur, Maharashtra. During his tenure, he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of hotel operations, guest services, and team management.

In 2003, Shoeb took on the role of Resident Manager at Holiday Inn – IHG Hotels & Resorts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. This experience further enriched his expertise in delivering exceptional guest experiences and managing diverse teams.

Continuing his upward trajectory, Shoeb joined Fortune Hotel – ITC Hotels in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, as a General Manager in 2005. During his three-year tenure, he demonstrated his leadership abilities and played a vital role in maintaining high operational standards and driving guest satisfaction and was also awarded as GM of the Year in 2007 – 08 by ITC

In 2008, Shoeb joined Four Points by Sheraton as a General Manager in Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. This opportunity allowed him to work with an internationally recognized brand and expand his knowledge of global hospitality practices.

Shoeb’s dedication and outstanding performance led him to Accor Hotels at Novotel Vizag where he served as a General Manager from 2010 to 2013 and later transferred to Novotel Chennai Sipcot in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, from 2013 to 2015. His expertise in hotel Openings & operations and his ability to drive revenue growth and profitability earned him recognition within the industry. He opened all above four hotels in southern part of the country between 2005 & 2015 and he was GM in all the hotels during pre opening stage and was also the first employee.

In 2015, Shoeb joined the Radisson Blu Dwarka as a General Manager in New Delhi. During his four-year tenure, he demonstrated his leadership skills by successfully managing hotel operations and achieving exceptional guest satisfaction.

Since 2019, Shoeb has been associated with The Pride Hotels Group, where he holds the position of Associate Vice President – North India. In this role, he oversees the operations and strategic growth of the hotels in the northern region of India. His exceptional leadership skills and industry knowledge have contributed to the success and reputation of The Pride Plaza in Aerocity.
