Mr. Soin’s journey began in June 2006 when he joined The Uppal’s Orchid in New Delhi as an F&B Associate. During his time there, he showcased his passion for the industry and quickly progressed in his career. In November 2007, he became a Team Leader at the prestigious Taj Rambagh Palace in Jaipur, where he took charge of the alfresco restaurant and made significant contributions to increasing sales.

Building on his experience and success, Mr. Soin joined The Leela Kempinski in Gurgaon as a Team Leader in 2008. Over the course of five years, he consistently proved his capabilities and was promoted multiple times. As the Restaurant Manager for Zanotta, a fine dining Italian specialty restaurant, he managed a team of professionals and successfully contributed to the restaurant’s revenue. Later, as the Restaurant Manager for Spectra, an award-winning all-day dining restaurant, Mr. Soin achieved remarkable results, including a significant increase in food and beverage revenue and various accolades for the restaurant’s excellence.

Eager to expand his horizons, Mr. Soin joined Marriott International in Gurgaon as an Events Manager in 2013. He continued to excel in this role and was soon promoted to Assistant Food and Beverage Manager in March 2017. During his tenure, he played a vital role in overall food and beverage operations, cost efficiency, guest satisfaction, and training and development of staff. In August 2016, he took over the charge as Food and Beverage Manager, further showcasing his leadership skills.

In June 2017, Mr. Soin embarked on a new journey and joined Taj City Centre Gurugram as Food and Beverage Manager. In July 2018, he was promoted to the position of Director of Food and Beverage at the same hotel. In this role, he took on greater responsibilities, including budgeting, strategy development, marketing planning, and enhancing guest loyalty. His contributions resulted in significant revenue growth, improved guest satisfaction scores, and a reduction in attrition.

Recognizing Mr. Soin’s exceptional leadership and management skills, Radisson Hotel Group appointed him as the Director of Food and Beverage in December 2018. In this capacity, he successfully oversaw the daily operations of a 261-room hotel, managed profitability, implemented innovative strategies, and ensured adherence to brand standards. Mr. Soin’s relentless pursuit of excellence and his ability to inspire and engage his team contributed to the hotel’s success and growth. Later, in August 2021, he took over the role of Director of Operations, further solidifying his position within the organization.

Continuing his upward trajectory, Mr. Soin was promoted to the position of General Manager at Radisson Hotel in Sector 29, Gurgaon, in June 2023. In his current role, he leads all aspects of the hotel’s operations, focusing on guest satisfaction, profitability, and strategic planning. Mr. Soin’s key strengths, including his action-oriented mindset, adaptability, people management skills, and commercial awareness, have played a crucial role in his success.

Have known Anuj for a decade plus now , Indian Air Force Child ,has all the positives that a Fauji Child has ,above all apart from excellence in his core domain Anuj has learnt his ropes on 360 degree management of Premier Hotel Properties across the country, his being promoted up as the GM in Radisson Group was a logical and expected elevation.
