Early Beginnings:

Mr. Rajneesh Kumar embarked on his hospitality career in June 2004 as a Senior Supervisor at a reputable hotel. From the very beginning, he demonstrated remarkable potential and a flair for managing operations seamlessly. His passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences became evident during this early phase of his journey.

Mr. Kumar’s commitment to continuous improvement caught the attention of his superiors, leading to swift promotions. Within just couple years, he transitioned from Senior Supervisor to the Assistant Restaurant Manager, showcasing his leadership skills and a penchant for excellence in hospitality.

A Glimpse of Excellence:

In April 2007, Mr. Rajneesh Kumar took on the role of Restaurant Manager at Taj Krishna Hyderabad. During this time, he not only ensured the highest standards of service but also developed strong relationships with guests, fostering a sense of loyalty and trust.

Stepping into Marriott:

The turning point in Mr. Kumar’s career came in April 2008 when he joined the prestigious Marriott family as the Restaurant Operations Manager at Hyderabad Marriott. In 2009, Mr. Kumar joined Courtyard by Marriott Gurgaon as the opening Food & Beverage Manager. His profound understanding of the hospitality industry and unwavering dedication to his craft led him to become a key asset during the pre-opening phase of the hotel.

Rising Through Challenges:

Mr. Rajneesh Kumar’s exceptional performance and dedication continued to shine as he took on the role of Director of Food & Beverage at Courtyard by Marriott Bilaspur from December 2013 to September 2014. Successfully handling the challenges that come with pre-opening responsibilities, he ensured the hotel’s dining experience surpassed guests’ expectations.

Reaching New Heights:

Mr. Kumar continued as the Director of Food and Beverage at Courtyard Marriott Agra from October 2014 to September 2016. His innovative approach and dynamic leadership contributed significantly to the hotel’s success.

Director of Operations:

In September 2016, recognizing his proven track record of excellence, Mr. Rajneesh Kumar was appointed as the Director of Operations at Jaipur Marriott. Leading the hotel’s various departments, he further honed his managerial acumen and demonstrated the capability to drive overall operational efficiency.

General Manager Success:

In March 2018, Mr. Kumar’s unwavering dedication, extensive experience, and exceptional leadership skills culminated in him being appointed as the General Manager of Courtyard by Marriott Raipur. In this esteemed position, he inspired his team, drove them to achieve new heights of success while delivering unparalleled guest experiences.

Current Role:

As of December 2021, Mr. Rajneesh Kumar remains the General Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Aravali Resort, leading with a clear vision and a passion for innovation. His exemplary journey is a testament to the power of determination, hard work, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.
