Chef Mukul Jha, an iconic figure in the culinary realm, boasts an impressive 21 years of gastronomic experience, with over a decade as an Executive Chef. Currently steering the culinary ship at Aurika, Mumbai Skycity, he has become a symbol of culinary brilliance in the realm of luxury and holds the distinction of managing the largest room inventory in India.

Having joined Lemon Tree Hotels in July 2023, Chef Mukul’s journey is a saga of success in renowned establishments. Notably, he led the F&B operations at Aamby Valley City Lonavala and took charge at Hotel Sea Princess on Juhu Tara Road, Mumbai. However, let’s delve into his enriching experiences with three notable brands: Four Points By Sheraton, Grand Mercure by Accor, and Radisson Blu.

Chef Mukul’s expertise graced Four Points By Sheraton Navi Mumbai, where his culinary innovation and operational finesse left an indelible mark. His stint at Grand Mercure Mysore showcased his commitment to excellence, contributing significantly to the brand’s culinary legacy. Radisson Blu Indore benefited from his leadership, further solidifying his standing as a culinary maestro.

Beyond these brands, Chef Mukul’s journey spans diverse roles, including the Culinary Director of Operation at VIVIDUS, Great Destination Hotel and Resorts in Bengaluru. He successfully reconstructed F&B operations, relaunched culinary spreads, and met profit and loss targets with a holistic approach.

His culinary voyage extends to Compass Group PLC India, where he served as AGM Culinary Operations for AP & Telangana. Managing F&B service for key clients like Deloitte, Microsoft, Amazon, and Facebook showcased his prowess in handling diverse culinary landscapes.
