Sunil Kumar: Pioneering Excellence in Hospitality Management

Mr. Sunil Kumar’s journey in the hospitality industry is a testament to his unwavering dedication, commitment to excellence, and continuous pursuit of growth and innovation. Starting as a Guest Services Associate at The Park Hotels, Sunil demonstrated a passion for service and a keen eye for detail, laying the foundation for a remarkable career ahead.

Throughout his career, Sunil has held various positions, each contributing to his wealth of experience and expertise in food and beverage management. His tenure at Hyatt Regency Delhi and Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar as a Guest Services Associate and Team Leader honed his skills in inventory management and customer service, setting the stage for his future leadership roles.

Sunil’s journey continued to evolve as he transitioned to roles with increasing responsibility and impact. His tenure at Carlson and AccorHotels as a Team Leader and Outlet Team Leader provided him with valuable pre-opening experience, where he played a crucial role in setting up new dining establishments and implementing efficient inventory management systems.

Eager to broaden his horizons, Sunil joined Marriott International as a Restaurant Manager and later as a Banquet Manager, where he excelled in overseeing dining operations and event planning. His attention to detail, strategic planning, and leadership skills were instrumental in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth.

Sunil’s journey reached new heights when he joined Hyatt Hotels Corporation as an Event Planning Manager and subsequently as a Manager of Events at Marriott International. In these roles, he spearheaded the planning and execution of a wide range of events, from corporate conferences to weddings, earning accolades for his creativity, professionalism, and ability to exceed client expectations.

Building on his success in event management, Sunil assumed leadership roles as Director of Event Operations at Le Meridien Gurgaon, Delhi NCR, and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Marriott International, where he showcased his talent for team management, service standards, and market analysis.

Currently, as the Food & Beverage Manager at Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre, Sunil leads a dynamic team and oversees all aspects of food and beverage operations. His strategic vision, technological innovation, and focus on skill development have contributed to the hotel’s success and reputation for culinary excellence.

Sunil Kumar’s inspiring journey serves as a testament to the transformative power of hard work, dedication, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
