From his tenure as a Security Team Leader at Taj Hotels in Panaji, Goa, to his role as Security Team Leader at Hyatt Regency in Pune, Maharashtra, Mr. Dhami demonstrated exceptional leadership and a steadfast commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all. His ability to lead by example and inspire trust among his team members earned him recognition and respect throughout his career.

 

As Mr. Dhami’s career progressed, so did his responsibilities. From Assistant Manager Security at Keys Hotels in Shirdi, Maharashtra, to Head of Department, at Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, he continually pushed the boundaries of his capabilities, always striving for excellence in security management.

 

His journey reached new heights when he joined DoubleTree by Hilton Ahmedabad, as Security Manager, after successful opening, he joined Hilton Goa Resort overseeing the pre-opening phase and laying the groundwork for a robust security infrastructure. This experience prepared him for his subsequent roles as Security Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Nashik and Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre, Jaipur Exibition & Convention center, where he played a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.

 

In his current role at Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre, Jaipur Exhibition & Convention center Mr. Dhami leads a team of dedicated security professionals, overseeing all aspects of security operations and emergency response protocols. His strategic vision and proactive approach have been instrumental in fostering a culture of safety and security within the hotel, earning him the trust and confidence of both management and guests alike.
