Throughout his career, Mr. Vespero has been a dedicated and innovative leader, striving to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences to diverse customers and markets. He has had the privilege of collaborating with renowned chefs and prestigious brands across various countries and cuisines, gaining valuable insights and skills in menu development, culinary innovation, and project planning.
In his role as Group Corporate Director, Mr. Vespero will oversee the operations and performance of multiple outlets and concepts, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability. He will mentor a team of talented chefs and managers, sharing his knowledge, expertise, and vision with them.
Mr. Vespero’s mission is to create and execute unique and memorable dining experiences that reflect the culture and history of the destinations, as well as the expectations and preferences of the guests. As the newly appointed Cluster F&B Director of Experiences, he expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “I very much look forward to developing the hospitality leaders of tomorrow and together creating lifelong memories for our guests.”
