Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre & Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Center Appoints Mr. Ajay Kumar as Executive Housekeeper

Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre and Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Center (JECC), managed by Accor, proudly announce the appointment of Mr. Ajay Kumar as the new Executive Housekeeper. With over 13 years of experience in housekeeping management across various international hospitality brands in India and the Middle East, Ajay Kumar brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of excellence to his new role.

Ajay Kumar’s journey in the hospitality industry began after earning a degree in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition (IHM Hyderabad) in 2011. His illustrious career includes key positions at renowned brands such as Sheraton, Shangri-La, and Mondrian. Throughout his career, Ajay has been recognized for his exceptional skills in quality assurance, inventory control, budgeting, technical training, and expense management. He is also known for his proficiency in time management, decision-making, communication, team handling, and fostering internal talent growth.

Reflecting on his new role, Ajay Kumar stated, “I am incredibly honored to join the team at Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre and JECC managed by Accor. This opportunity allows me to leverage my skills and experiences to contribute to the hotel’s growth and uphold its esteemed reputation for excellence. My focus will be on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, ensuring every guest’s experience is exceptional.”

Ajay’s professional achievements are numerous, including a perfect cleanliness score and several accolades such as LST/HOD of the Year in 2021, the Congeniality Award in 2019, and being named Manager of the Month five times. He also holds a certificate in Housekeeping Level 3 & Leadership from the Marriott Development Academy. His strategic vision and dedication have made significant impacts, particularly during his involvement in special projects.
