His influence extends far beyond this, as he has also cooked for 42 First Ladies during the India-Africa Summit, blending diplomacy with the art of cooking during an interactive session with these high dignitaries.

Born and raised in New Delhi, Chef Kunal Kapur pursued his passion for food at the Institute of Hotel Management in Chandigarh, setting the foundation for an illustrious career. His culinary journey led him to work with prestigious hotel chains like the Taj Group and The Leela Group, where he refined his skills. Chef Kunal’s love for food is matched by his interests in automobiles, photography, travel, and history, enriching his life experiences, which are often reflected in his cooking.

Recognized as one of the Best Chefs in India by India Today, he has won multiple awards for both his culinary skills and his presence on television. Among his notable achievements is the prestigious Dr. S. Radhakrishnan National Media Network Award. The Indian Television Academy honored him for his role as a jury member and anchor on Junior Masterchef India, and he was bestowed with the prestigious ‘Sir Edmund Hillary Fellowship 2012’ by the Government of New Zealand for his contributions to the field of Food & Beverage.
