His career progression—from Assistant Outlet Manager to Outlet Manager at Park Hyatt, to Food & Beverage Manager at The Westin Pune, and Cluster F&B Manager for Courtyard and Fairfield Bengaluru—showcases his expertise in operations and strategic leadership. Most recently, he served as Hotel Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Rajajinagar, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing guest experiences and operational efficiencies.

A defining moment in Tushar’s career was his tenure as the first General Manager of Courtyard Shillong, a 182-room flagship property. Under his leadership, the hotel set new benchmarks in service excellence and guest satisfaction.
