Swati Singh’s professional journey is a testament to her dedication and expertise in hospitality management, human resource development, and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Director of Quality at The St. Regis Goa Resort, Swati plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence. Since joining in April 2024, she has been instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, leading quality initiatives, and aligning operational practices with the brand’s luxury ethos.

Her remarkable career spans diverse roles in leading organizations across India, the Middle East, and beyond. Before her tenure at St. Regis, Swati was the Director of Learning and Development at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation in Doha, Qatar, where she excelled in talent development, skill enhancement, and creating impactful employee engagement programs. Her success in these roles is built upon her profound understanding of human capital management, analytical skills, and innovative approaches to career development.

Swati’s journey also includes valuable experiences as a Human Resource and L&D Manager at Dusit Hotels and Resorts, where she specialized in succession planning, employee relations, and organizational development. Her earlier roles in training and HR management at Hilton Worldwide, The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, and Concept Hospitality highlight her capability to standardize processes, enhance guest satisfaction, and mentor talent at every level.

Recognized globally for her contributions, Swati was honored as one of the Top 50 L&D Leaders in the World in 2024, a testament to her leadership and impact in the field. She has also shared her expertise through thought leadership, having published an article in HR Magazine in the Middle East. Additionally, she is a Certified NLP Practitioner from the American Board of Society, further enhancing her ability to drive transformational learning and development strategies.

Swati’s rich background is complemented by her certifications as a CHRM, CHRP, NLP Practitioner, and ACC Coach, which reflect her commitment to personal and professional growth.
