Additionally, he co-founded spalette in 2020, a consultancy firm specializing in bespoke solutions for spa, salon, wellness, and hospitality businesses. Dr. Nair’s leadership credentials were significantly shaped during his tenure at Sanghvi Brands Limited, where he spearheaded operations for renowned international lifestyle wellness brands such as Spa L’Occitane, Warren Tricomi Salons, and ELLE Spa & Salons.
