ITC Grand Goa Resort & Spa Appoints Karan Singh Nagra as Public Relations and Marketing Manager

ITC Grand Goa Resort & Spa is delighted to announce the appointment of Karan Singh Nagra as the new Public Relations and Marketing Manager. Based in Goa, Karan will lead the resort’s public relations, marketing, and digital efforts, while also providing strategic direction to marketing and communications for Storii by ITC Hotels properties across the region.

Bringing over ten years of experience across hospitality, media, and retail, Karan combines creative vision with strategic expertise in luxury brand positioning and destination storytelling. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening ITC Grand Goa’s standing as India’s leading luxury beach resort for weddings, leisure, wellness, and culinary excellence, while also enhancing the regional identity of the Storii portfolio in Goa and the Konkan coast.

Reflecting on his new role, Karan shared:

“Joining ITC Hotels, a brand I’ve long admired, feels like a return to my hospitality roots. ITC Grand Goa is more than just a resort—it’s a celebration of culture, sustainability, and timeless luxury. I look forward to crafting compelling narratives, driving deeper guest engagement, and contributing to the brand’s evolving legacy. I’m equally excited to build a distinct positioning for the Storii properties in the region.”

Before joining ITC Hotels, Karan held the position of Marketing and Communications Manager at Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort & Spa, where he led integrated campaigns that helped the resort gain recognition as a premier MICE and wedding destination in North India.

His professional portfolio includes impactful roles at JW Marriott Hotel Kolkata as Senior Manager – Marketing & Communications, 91.9 Friends FM (ABP Group) as Head of Marketing & Activations, and Spencer’s Retail Ltd. (RPSG Group) as Assistant Manager – Marketing. His core strengths lie in luxury branding, digital content strategy, media planning, social storytelling, and experiential public relations.

Karan holds a BBA in Marketing from J.D. Birla Institute and an MBA in Marketing from Praxis Business School, both in Kolkata.

With a strong foundation in brand strategy, a deep passion for storytelling, and a nuanced understanding of consumer behavior, Karan is set to bring fresh creativity and focused vision to ITC Grand Goa and its affiliated properties.
