Nisha Rai Joins Novotel Guwahati GS Road as Housekeeping Manager

A seasoned hospitality professional with over a decade of experience, Nisha brings a proven track record in operational excellence, quality assurance, and team leadership across renowned luxury and upscale hotel brands.

A graduate in Hotel Management from Nagaland, Nisha has worked with some of the most respected names in the industry, including Taj Hotels, The Oberoi Group, Marriott International, and the Dubai World Trade Centre. Most recently, she served as Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Novotel Hyderabad Airport, where she was instrumental in maintaining brand standards, leading high-performing teams, and elevating guest satisfaction scores.
