At Hotel Polo Towers Group, Santanu Ghosh isn’t just crunching numbers—he’s helping shape smarter decisions every day. As the Corporate Manager – Cost Control, Santanu plays a vital role in keeping the group financially strong and operationally efficient.
Working out of the group’s corporate office in Kolkata, he partners closely with hotel teams across departments—from F&B to housekeeping—to ensure that resources are well-managed, costs are optimized, and every rupee adds value. Whether it’s refining budgets, analyzing spending patterns, or ensuring vendors deliver value, his focus is always on balancing quality with efficiency.
Known for his eye for detail and calm, collaborative style, Santanu is the kind of leader who quietly makes things better—streamlining processes, reducing waste, and driving long-term savings. His ability to simplify complex data and turn it into action has earned the trust of GMs and senior leadership alike.
Before this role, he handled F&B controls across the group and also brought valuable experience from Zing Restaurants. Through it all, what stands out is his commitment: to doing things the right way, to supporting teams, and to keeping Polo Towers on solid financial ground.
Behind the scenes, Santanu is one of the steady hands helping the group grow with discipline, insight, and integrity.
