Step into a world of royal indulgence as Eros Hotel New Delhi Nehru Place presents a culinary celebration of the legendary cuisines of the Nawabs and Mughals. From 21st to 31st July, guests are invited to Singh Sahib, the hotel’s signature North Indian restaurant, to savour a rich journey of flavours inspired by India’s royal kitchens.
This limited-time Kebabs & Kormas Festival offers a thoughtfully curated menu that brings together the smoky succulence of kebabs, the velvety richness of kormas, and the slow-cooked magic of Mughlai curries. Prepared by expert chefs using traditional techniques, hand-ground spices, and heritage recipes, each dish is an ode to timeless culinary traditions.
Whether it’s the melt-in-the-mouth textures of a galouti kebab or the aromatic complexity of a perfectly balanced korma, this experience is as indulgent as it is authentic.
