A Journey of Growth and Leadership
Meraj’s association with The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel began in 2017 as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. His passion for service, coupled with a strong operational mindset, helped him climb the ranks to Banquet/Restaurant Manager in 2019 and Assistant F&B Manager in 2022. Today, as the Food & Beverage Manager, he oversees one of the largest and most versatile F&B operations in the city.

Mastering Large-Scale and Intimate Experiences
From managing 2,000-guest weddings in the hotel’s iconic pillarless ballroom to designing intimate dining experiences at the signature bars and restaurants, Meraj blends creativity with precision. His leadership has been pivotal in launching unique concepts like the Royal Club Lounge, adding another dimension to the hotel’s offerings.

With 480 rooms, 25,000 sq. ft. of event space, and four specialty restaurants, The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel is a city within a city.
