Ritesh observed that while wellness was becoming a lifestyle standard in the U.S. and other developed nations, in India, it was still considered a luxury. “I wanted to make wellness accessible and structured, not an occasional indulgence,” he says. This vision gave birth to Ode Spa, which now operates in over 30 cities, and expanded into wellness-themed real estate developments.
For Ridhira Group, wellness is more than an amenity—it’s the foundation of every project. Their designs integrate the eight dimensions of wellness: physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, environmental, occupational, and financial. From fitness zones and sustainable materials to quiet spaces and flexible work hubs, wellness is built into every layer of living.
The success of Ode Spa lies in its accessibility and quality. Strategic placements in airports, malls, and hotels normalized wellness as part of daily life. Standardized services, technology-led processes, and consistent customer trust have fueled its expansion.
Unlike conventional housing that treats wellness as an add-on, Ridhira’s projects integrate clean air systems, abundant natural light, curated communities, and smart layouts from the start. “It’s about improving quality of life, not just selling square footage,” Ritesh explains.
Sustainability requires long-term thinking—sourcing eco-friendly materials, educating stakeholders, and meeting compliance standards. While challenging, Ridhira believes these steps are crucial for building responsibly for both people and the planet.
The next 5–10 years will see wellness move mainstream, reaching tier-2 and tier-3 cities. Preventive health, Ayurveda’s global recognition, and digital wellness platforms will drive accessibility. Wellness will become a daily habit, not a luxury.
From AI-powered lifestyle insights to energy-efficient smart systems, technology personalizes and scales wellness experiences. “The goal is balance—technology should enhance, not overshadow,” says Ritesh. Ridhira’s AI stack and LLM-based platforms are already creating hyper-personalized wellness journeys.
Ritesh’s message is simple: start with clarity and purpose. Build strong foundations before scaling, and stay agile by listening to your market. “Quiet consistency often outlasts overnight success,” he shares.
