Nishanth Vishwanath Named Multi-Property GM at The St Regis Mumbai

Mumbai, India – The St Regis Mumbai, one of the city’s most iconic luxury hotels, has announced the appointment of Nishanth Vishwanath as the Multi-Property General Manager, leading operations at both The St Regis Mumbai and Courtyard by Marriott Agra. With this expanded role, Nishanth is set to redefine guest experiences and elevate the legacy of both properties with his visionary leadership.

Two Decades of Marriott Excellence

With an illustrious career spanning over 20 years at Marriott International, Nishanth Vishwanath is a seasoned hospitality leader known for innovation, operational expertise, and a people-first approach. His journey began in 2001 at Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel in the F&B division, and since then, he has climbed the ranks to spearhead some of Marriott’s most prestigious properties.

Key milestones in his career include:

  • JW Marriott Pune & Renaissance Mumbai: Established both as top-tier wedding and conference destinations.

  • JW Marriott Bengaluru (Director of Operations): Positioned the property as a market leader in luxury hospitality.

  • Courtyard by Marriott Chennai (General Manager): Delivered operational excellence while fostering team growth.

  • Area Director Operations (South & East India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka): Strengthened Marriott’s presence across diverse markets with strategic initiatives.
