Four Seasons Hotel Amman Welcomes Till Klauss as New General Manager – A Global Hospitality Leader Joins Jordan’s Luxury Landmark

Four Seasons Hotel Amman, a jewel in the heart of Jordan’s capital, has announced the appointment of Till Klauss as its new General Manager. With over two decades of global experience across some of the world’s most iconic Four Seasons properties, Till brings a wealth of expertise, cultural insight, and a people-first leadership approach to Amman’s luxury hospitality scene.

A Global Journey Rooted in Passion

Originally from Munich, Germany, Till’s love for travel and hospitality began during his upbringing in Nairobi, Kenya. This early exposure to diverse cultures inspired him to pursue a degree in Hospitality Management at Swiss Hotel Management School (SHL) Lucerne. His professional journey with Four Seasons started in Paris at the legendary George V, where he interned in food and beverage before joining full-time in 2005.

Since then, Till’s career has taken him across 12 countries, with key roles in Syria, Czech Republic, Canada, Mexico, and Egypt. He played instrumental roles in opening signature dining concepts, leading large-scale hotel operations, and ensuring impeccable guest experiences. From launching the flagship Four Seasons Hotel Toronto to shaping operations in Punta Mita, Alexandria, and Cairo, his track record reflects a commitment to excellence.

Leadership Built on Empathy and Excellence

Till is known among colleagues and guests alike for his approachable demeanor, calmness under pressure, and dedication to embodying the Four Seasons’ values. Fluent in German, English, Spanish, and conversational in French and Arabic, he exemplifies the global spirit of modern hospitality. Beyond his professional expertise, Till enjoys cooking, traveling, and family life with his wife Julia, their children Sophia and Leo, and their two dogs, Otto and Eddy.

A New Era for Four Seasons Hotel Amman

As General Manager, Till will oversee the property’s 192 rooms and suites, signature restaurants, and luxury amenities, reinforcing Amman’s status as a premier destination for discerning travelers. His vision is to elevate the hotel’s reputation by blending world-class service with authentic Jordanian hospitality, creating curated guest experiences that resonate both locally and internationally.

“Jordan represents an exciting new chapter in my career and personal life,” says Till. “I look forward to working with my talented team to continue delivering the exceptional experiences that Four Seasons is known for, while embracing the warmth and culture of Amman.”

Under his leadership, Four Seasons Hotel Amman is poised to strengthen its legacy as the city’s leading luxury destination, setting new benchmarks for personalized service, cultural connection, and global hospitality excellence.
