This diverse exposure across international hospitality brands has shaped his strong understanding of service excellence, operational efficiency, and meaningful guest engagement.

Known for his customer-first approach, Mittu strongly believes that the front office is the heartbeat of a hotel—where first impressions are formed and lasting memories begin. In his new role, he will oversee all front office operations, ensuring seamless service delivery while consistently upholding Crowne Plaza Kochi’s high standards of hospitality.
