Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences has announced the appointment of Om Prakash Bhatt as Portfolio Director of Revenue, marking a strategic step towards strengthening its commercial performance across East India.
In his expanded role, Om Prakash Bhatt will oversee Revenue Management for Accor’s East India portfolio, including properties in Kolkata, Guwahati, and Mercure Kathmandu, bringing with him more than a decade of hands-on experience in revenue strategy, forecasting, and performance optimisation within the hospitality sector.
With over 10 years of experience in revenue management, Om has built a strong reputation for driving data-led decision-making and aligning commercial strategies with operational excellence. His career journey spans key commercial functions, giving him deep insights into hotel operations, revenue strategy, budget planning, and business analytics—all crucial elements in today’s dynamic hospitality landscape.
Prior to this appointment, Om was associated with Novotel Ahmedabad, where he served as Director of Revenue Management for over two years. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in strengthening revenue frameworks, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and improving overall commercial efficiency—contributing significantly to the hotel’s financial performance.
Academically, Om holds a BBAHM in Business Administration and Management and is widely recognised for his strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and cross-functional leadership approach.
