For nine nights only, guests are invited to experience a culinary collaboration that brings together Delhi’s charcoal-driven grilling philosophy and Hyderabad’s flair for indulgence.

The specially curated menu strikes a thoughtful balance between vegetarian and non-vegetarian offerings, ensuring everyone finds something to fall in love with.

Expect crowd favourites like Grilled Corn Ribs, Mushroom Skewers, Chicken and Lamb Skewers, Grilled Wings, Roast Chicken, and indulgent Slow-Braised Mutton Ribs. Vegetarian mains such as Confit Portobello and Grilled Aubergine with Harissa and Tahini bring depth and richness without relying on meat.

The experience begins on a refined note with starters like Avocado Brûlée or Roasted Beetroot Salad, perfectly paired with Mazzo’s standout cocktails such as the floral Zafrani Qubani Royale. Spice enthusiasts will appreciate Harissa Roasted Potatoes alongside the smoky, citrus-forward Amber Diwan—cocktails designed not to overpower the food, but to elevate it.
