With more than two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Ruban Das brings extensive operational expertise, strategic leadership, and a strong track record of driving hotel performance and guest satisfaction.

A Hospitality Leader with Over 20 Years of Experience

Ruban Das began his journey in the hospitality industry with Hyatt Hotels Corporation in 2002 as a Corporate Trainee at Hyatt Regency Kolkata. Over the years, he has built an impressive career across leading international hospitality brands, including Hilton and Accor.

His leadership journey has included several General Manager positions across renowned hotel properties. Prior to this appointment, Ruban Das served as the General Manager at Hyatt Regency Chennai, where he played a key role in enhancing operational efficiencies, strengthening profitability, and elevating the guest experience.
