As part of its continued association with BSI Learning Australia, international faculty members regularly visit the institute to conduct specialised management sessions, hospitality workshops, and globally aligned training modules. This unique international exposure places IICA among the few culinary institutes in India offering direct access to global hospitality education practices.

Students also benefit from internationally recognised BSI certifications exclusively available at IICA in India, strengthening their understanding of hospitality management while enhancing global employability opportunities.

Strengthening its global academic partnerships further, IICA has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kyoto Culinary Art College and Kyoto Pastry & Bakery Art College under the Taiwa Gakuen Educational Corporation.

The collaboration focuses on student and faculty exchange programs, curriculum development initiatives, and cross-cultural culinary exposure involving Indian and Japanese culinary traditions. The partnership is expected to provide students with valuable international learning opportunities and a broader understanding of global cuisine trends.
