Meredith’s career has given her considerable experience in hotel openings, renovations, operational improvements and commercial strategy. Before joining The Imperial Gold Coast, Meredith was Hotel Manager at Keraton at The Plaza in Jakarta, where she played a key role in an extensive renovation and repositioning programme.
Her leadership during the project helped support continued business growth while maintaining strong guest satisfaction as the property evolved.
Over the course of her career, Meredith has worked across luxury hospitality markets in Australia and Asia, gaining experience in everything from operational leadership and commercial performance to team development and personalised guest service.
Her international background has also given her a broad understanding of what today’s luxury travellers expect from high-end hotels.
Returning to Hilton in a Senior Leadership Role

Away from the hotel, Meredith enjoys an active lifestyle and spends time playing tennis, skiing and enjoying the outdoors with her family. She has also taken up running and is preparing to participate in the Gold Coast Half Marathon in 2027.
