He held positions as a Junior Sous Chef at the Marriott Shanghai Pudong Hotel and later as a Sous Chef for the renowned Bice Group. These experiences exposed him to diverse cuisines and allowed him to work with international teams, further enriching his culinary repertoire.

In 2018, Chef Saffioti’s talents led him to the vibrant city of Shanghai, where he assumed the role of Head Chef at Ai Fiori. His expertise and innovative approach to cooking elevated the dining experience at the restaurant, garnering rave reviews from patrons and critics alike. During his tenure, Chef Saffioti demonstrated his ability to create visually stunning dishes that seamlessly blended flavors and textures, showcasing his culinary finesse.

Continuing his culinary journey, Chef Saffioti later ventured to Australia, where he served as a Sous Chef at Mamma Restaurant in Melbourne, Victoria. His time in Australia further solidified his commitment to creating dishes that celebrate the essence of each ingredient, while infusing them with his own unique touch.

Most recently, Chef Saffioti has found himself in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as a Sous Chef for a prominent billionaire. In this role, he brings his wealth of experience and culinary expertise to create exceptional dining experiences for his esteemed clientele. His attention to detail, culinary innovation, and dedication to using the finest ingredients have made him an invaluable asset to his current employer.
