At the G20 Summit 2023 in Delhi, Chef Ajay Chopra took the culinary spotlight. On the first day, he crafted a millet feast for the First Ladies. Chef Ajay was responsible for dessert, presenting a delectable Lemon Mille-Feuille that was both wholesome and flavorful. He also reimagined Thekua-inspired cookies, infusing them with the goodness of ragi (finger millet). These cookies were layered with lemon curd, known as Shrikhand, sweetened with millet khichdi and an array of fresh fruits.
