Mercure Hyderabad KCP appoints Amandeep Singh as General Manager

Mercure Hyderabad KCP is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Amandeep Singh as its new General Manager. With over 13 years of diverse experience in hotel operations and guest services, Amandeep brings a strong track record of leadership, innovation, and operational excellence to his new role.

As General Manager, Amandeep will spearhead key strategic initiatives focused on enhancing guest engagement, streamlining operations, boosting business efficiency, and optimizing financial performance. His proven ability to manage multi-property operations and lead high-performing teams makes him ideally suited to drive Mercure Hyderabad KCP’s growth and service excellence.

Amandeep began his journey with Accor in 2012 as a Management Trainee at Novotel & Ibis Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. Over the years, he has taken on leadership roles at notable properties including Swissôtel Kolkata, Novotel Chandigarh, and Ibis Styles Goa, consistently demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction and operational innovation.

A graduate of the Army Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, affiliated with Bangalore University, Amandeep combines a solid academic foundation with extensive hands-on industry experience across India. His exposure to a wide range of market segments—including business, leisure, MICE, and social events—positions him well to bring fresh insights and dynamic strategies to Hyderabad’s competitive hospitality scene.

Commenting on his appointment, Amandeep Singh shared:
