Chef Aigerim’s journey began in the bustling kitchens of The Ritz-Carlton, Kazakhstan, where she started as a Line Chef. Long hours, fast-paced service, and the pressure of fine dining shaped her early years. It wasn’t easy, but it was here that she discovered her calling — the joy of transforming simple ingredients into unforgettable experiences.
At Hotel Kazakhstan Almaty, she rose to Demi Chef de Partie, gaining confidence and sharpening her culinary skills. Those years taught her discipline, perseverance, and the beauty of cooking from the heart.
Ambitious and hungry to learn, Aigerim moved to Dubai, a culinary hub that opened doors to new opportunities. She worked with iconic brands like Rixos Hotels, Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah, and Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, mastering Italian cuisine, pastry arts, and event catering.
Beyond cooking, Dubai helped her evolve into a leader who could inspire her team, handle large-scale events, and craft dining experiences that guests remembered long after they left.
Her career reached a turning point when she joined Anantara Hotels & Resorts, Abu Dhabi as Chef de Cuisine, where she designed innovative menus and led entire kitchen teams. Later, at Hilton Abu Dhabi, she managed the pre-opening of The WB Abu Dhabi Curio Collection by Hilton, bringing creativity and organization together for a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
Today, as Executive Chef at Sealine Beach Resort, Qatar, Aigerim blends her global culinary journey with local flavors, creating menus that delight guests and hosting events that leave a lasting impression.
