Minor Hotels, a leading global hotel owner and operator with a portfolio of more than 560 properties across 59 countries, has announced the appointment of Jason Kruse as Complex General Manager of three of its most prestigious Maldivian resorts — Anantara Dhigu Maldives Resort, Anantara Veli Maldives Resort, and Naladhu Private Island Maldives.

With over two decades of proven excellence in luxury hospitality, Jason brings a dynamic blend of operational expertise, pre-opening leadership, and strategic turnaround experience across the Asia-Pacific region. His leadership style is deeply rooted in service excellence, cultural awareness, and a passion for crafting memorable guest experiences.

Jason is no stranger to the Maldives, having previously led renowned properties such as Amilla Maldives Resort and Residences, Kurumba Maldives, and JA Manafaru. His extensive experience in the region gives him a deep understanding of the Maldivian hospitality landscape, guest expectations, and the nuances of operating in an island environment. Beyond the Maldives, his career spans senior leadership roles at luxury beachfront and island resorts in Fiji, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Australia, where he successfully managed pre-openings and transformation projects that redefined guest satisfaction and team synergy.

In his new role with Minor Hotels, Jason will oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of three distinctive resorts:
