A seasoned PR leader with more than a decade of experience, Rebecca Hall brings a proven track record in shaping brand narratives for some of the world’s most renowned luxury resorts. Before joining Wynn Al Marjan Island, she served as Area Director of Public Relations and Communications at Minor Hotels in Bangkok, where she successfully led strategic communications for globally recognized brands such as Anantara, Avani, and NH Collection. Her tenure saw the launch of high-impact campaigns, international media partnerships, and brand activations that elevated the group’s global profile across diverse markets.

Rebecca’s connection with the UAE runs deep. She spent over nine years at Atlantis Resorts in Dubai, where she played a key role in developing communication strategies for Atlantis The Palm and Aquaventure Waterpark. Later, as Cluster Director of PR, she oversaw communications for Atlantis The Royal, Atlantis The Palm, and the broader Destination Atlantis portfolio, managing over 51 restaurants and bars — including 13 celebrity chef venues — and spearheading PR initiatives that captured audiences from Europe to Asia Pacific.
