Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Anne’s journey in hospitality began with Swallow Hotels in the UK, before she advanced through esteemed establishments including Cliveden House and The Shelbourne. In 2013, she joined The Ritz-Carlton brand in the U.S., contributing to landmark moments such as the reopening of The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage, and later steering The Ritz-Carlton, Santa Barbara through an acclaimed repositioning and renovation.
Her impressive trajectory continued with Montage International, where she achieved record-breaking revenues at Montage Laguna Beach, and later made history in 2023 as the first female General Manager at Pendry Hotels and Resorts.
