In 2013, she joined The Ritz-Carlton brand in the U.S., contributing to landmark moments such as the reopening of The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage, and later steering The Ritz-Carlton, Santa Barbara through an acclaimed repositioning and renovation.

Her impressive trajectory continued with Montage International, where she achieved record-breaking revenues at Montage Laguna Beach, and later made history in 2023 as the first female General Manager at Pendry Hotels and Resorts.
