Step into the royal kitchens of Rampur as The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, Delhi presents an exquisite food festival at Dilli 32, celebrating the rich and forgotten culinary heritage of one of India’s regal princely states. From 18th to 27th July, guests are invited to savour a specially curated menu that revives heirloom recipes using traditional techniques, rare spices, and the timeless art of slow cooking.
Crafted with deep personal connection and culinary expertise, the festival menu has been thoughtfully designed by the hotel’s culinary team under the leadership of Chef Abid, who brings his memories and experiences from Rampur to each plate.
Highlights from the menu include:
Sambhal ke Seekh – tender, melt-in-the-mouth kebabs
Tar Qorma – a rich and aromatic Rampuri classic
Malai Kathal ki Shami – a unique jackfruit delicacy
Gular Kebab – a lesser-known vegetarian gem
Ande ka Halwa & Chane ki Dal ka Halwa – indulgent desserts to end the evening on a sweet note
Each dish is a tribute to the Nawabi flavours and forgotten traditions that once graced the royal tables of Rampur.
“At Dilli 32, we take pride in curating authentic regional experiences that celebrate India’s rich culinary legacy. The Lost Recipes of Rampur is a tribute to timeless traditions and forgotten recipes. We look forward to offering many more such immersive culinary journeys in the months to come.”
