Chef Malhotra’s menu is a tribute to India’s rich culinary heritage, weaving together regional inspirations, bold flavors, and artistic presentation.

  • A Flavorful Prelude from Banaras: The journey begins in the vibrant gullies of Banaras with an Amuse Bouche—a Melon Terrine Chaat, enhanced by Mascarpone Yogurt, Chutney Caviar, and Smoked Chaas, delivering a burst of sweet, tangy, and smoky flavors.

  • Warming Comforts from Kashmir: The First Course invites diners into the snow-laden valleys of Kashmir with a choice of Broccoli Almond Shorba, paired with a Blue Cheese Kulcha, or the slow-cooked Kashmiri Yakhni Shorba, offering warmth and depth in every sip.

  • A Fusion of Italian Craftsmanship and North Indian Soul: The heartland of Punjab inspires an unexpected fusion—Tandoori Paneer Tortellini in a silky Makhani Sauce with a Parmesan Cracker, or the indulgent Charcoal Chicken Ravioli, where smoky notes meet rich North Indian flavors.
